@Ted: Thanks, Ted. A bit long to explain all steps but I don't actually use a particular fixed color for toning. I always start with a bw conversion. Toning comes from solid color overlay with a brownish color picked from the metallic pantone colors but with opacity drastically lowered. And afterwards a color burn with a yellowish color but with very low opacity. But that is just a part of my photo mutilation technique :-).
