Lovely finished, I love the slight distortion, makes the already mysterious photo even more so :)

@Lorraine: Thanks, Lorraine. Distortion is caused by the wide angle lens.

@zOOm: :-) Merci, Florence. Je n'avais jamais entendu du Palio. j'ai retrouvé un petit film de l'année passée..pas normal..trop fort, cet événement. Mais j'étais là-bas fin d'Avril; donc trop tôt pour le voir. Peut-être dans le future...

nice light on the square, you captured it very well, i hate the way those yellow lights are takin over our city, the whole picture turns orange.

@pedro alexandre: You are right, Pedro. And this shot was taken at night with a long shutter speed. Buildings were orange as well but that's were the post-processing comes in for color correction. Thanks!
